As per provision in the Education Act under section-21 of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education-2009 (RCFCE-for the age group of 6 to 14 years) , the school management committee was composed/ constituted on dated 22/07/2019 and the guidelines , enactment or regulations must be followed for its composition and functions as per CBSE norms.
After a serious and threadbare perusal of the instructions issued by CBSE in this regard the following members were admitted to SMC.
The term of the members of the Management Committee shall be three years. A member can be re-nominated for another term but a member cannot remain in office for more than two consecutive terms except ex-officio members and the members of the Trust/society/Company.
